We are thrilled to announce that Jackson’s Lodge was recently featured in ‘Image Magazine’ – a vibrant publication that covers regional happenings, people, businesses & community news in over 50 towns in the Upper Connecticut River Valley
At the end of a quarter-mile dirt road are the Lodge, a breakfast café, and lakeside cabins, graced with gardens and pristine international Lake Wallace.
Audrey and Elmont Jackson’s six daughters from left to right are Bonnie, Francine, Gloria (Jackson’s Lodge Proprietress), Connie, Hylie, and Donna.
Each cabin has its own very clean, quaint, country-style décor. Cabin guests enjoy the conveniences of fully equipped kitchens. The historic main lodge was built in the 1920s; shown above is one of two fieldstone fireplaces. A TripAdvisor peer review describes the Lodge as “unreal, like a Bing Crosby movie!” that offers a comforting nostalgic sense of going-back-in-time.
